Moni is a seating collection defined by an essential and contemporary design language inspired by Nordic design culture. The dialogue between solid ash wood and upholstered surfaces creates a refined balance of warmth, comfort and clean aesthetics.
Designed for hospitality, dining and workspace interiors, Moni stands out for its balanced proportions, long-lasting comfort and the versatility of its different backrest configurations, available with or without rear opening and with high or low armrests.
The solid ash structure and the partially exposed plywood shell highlight the collection’s construction quality and attention to detail, giving life to a discreet yet distinctive collection that integrates naturally into contemporary and minimalist environments.

Mikko Laakkonen
Mikko Laakkonen, born in 1974 in Espoo, is a renowned Finnish designer with a degree in musical instrument construction and a master's degree in furniture design. In 2004, he founded Studio Mikko Laakkonen, specializing in product design for everyday objects. His works are exhibited worldwide and he has received numerous prestigious awards, including the Reddot Design Award and the Muuuz International Awards. Currently, he collaborates with clients in various countries, including Marimekko and Artemide.
