Grado is a collection featuring soft curves and an ample backrest, making it recognisable as well as ergonomic, comfortable and durable. Grado has a solid ash structure and distinctive plywood backrest, and is designed to adapt and blend into its setting while guaranteeing exceptional comfort. The dining chair and the carver chair, with its "sculptural" armrests, are both stackable. The seat of all versions is available in curved plywood or upholstered, and the finishes are fully customisable.

Mikko Laakkonen
Mikko Laakkonen, born in 1974 in Espoo, is a renowned Finnish designer with a degree in musical instrument construction and a master's degree in furniture design. In 2004, he founded Studio Mikko Laakkonen, specializing in product design for everyday objects. His works are exhibited worldwide and he has received numerous prestigious awards, including the Reddot Design Award and the Muuuz International Awards. Currently, he collaborates with clients in various countries, including Marimekko and Artemide.
